What is Red Light Therapy?
Red Light Therapy (also called photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to trigger natural healing processes inside your cells. New clients fill out a brief health intake and sign our RLT consent and waiver. This helps us ensure the session is appropriate for you and answer any questions you may have.

Get settled in your private room
Your session takes place in a dedicated, private red light therapy room. Our team will show you how to position yourself in front of the panels and provide protective eyewear.

Relax for 15 minutes
Sessions are 15 minutes. You'll feel gentle warmth but no heat or discomfort. Many clients use the time to meditate, breathe, or simply rest. There's nothing you need to actively do.

No downtime — carry on
Red light therapy requires zero recovery time. You may notice skin looking slightly more luminous immediately after — and cumulative benefits build session over session.

Build a consistent practice
