Salt & Sauna Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective October 1, 2025
1. Packages & Pricing
Salt – Adult
- 12-month minimum: $99/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 3-month minimum: $149/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 1-month minimum: $250 – Unlimited sessions for the month
- 5-Pack: $175 (must be used within 90 days, non-suspensible)
- Single Session: $45
Salt – Child
- Memberships are per child. Only single session purchases may add on a sibling.
- 12-month minimum: $50/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 3-month minimum: $75/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 1-month minimum: $150 – Unlimited sessions for the month
- 5-Pack: $75 (must be used within 90 days, non-suspensible)
- Single Session: $25 (add a sibling for $10)
Salt – Family
- A family is up to 4 family members living in the same household.
- 12-month minimum: $150/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 3-month minimum: $189/month – Unlimited sessions each month
Sauna
- 3-month minimum: $149/month – Unlimited sessions each month
- 5-Pack: $150 (must be used within 90 days, non-suspensible)
- Single Session: $45
2. Membership & Billing
- Membership dues will be automatically charged monthly to the payment method on file.
- You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and notify us promptly of any changes.
- If a payment fails through no fault of ours (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), you may be charged a $50 insufficient funds fee if the payment method is not updated within 72 hours.
- You will receive an automatic notice to update your account with a valid payment method.
- All services are suspended during any period of non-payment. No services may be used, and no rollover or makeup will be granted for missed services during this time.
- Payments due prior to the effective cancellation date will be processed as scheduled.
3. Term & Commitment
- Salt Adult / Child / Family – available in 12-month, 3-month, or 1-month terms depending on package selected.
- Sauna – minimum 3-month commitment.
- Unlimited memberships provide unlimited sessions per month during the active billing cycle. Sessions do not roll over month-to-month.
- At the end of the initial term, memberships automatically renew month-to-month unless canceled.
4. Membership Suspension
- Only 12-month memberships may be suspended.
- Suspension must be requested in 30-day increments (no less), for up to 90 days per calendar year.
- 5-Packs, 1-month packages, and 3-month packages cannot be suspended.
- All services are suspended during suspension periods, with no rollover or makeup allowances.
- Billing will pause during suspension.
- Suspension requests must be submitted in writing to support@saltroomorlando.com at least 7 days before the next billing date.
5. Service Usage & Expiration
- Unlimited memberships allow unlimited salt and/or sauna sessions during the active billing period only. No rollover applies.
- 5-Pack sessions (Salt or Sauna) must be used within 90 days of purchase.
- Single session purchases are valid only for the scheduled appointment.
- Child memberships are per child; no sharing or transfer allowed.
- Family memberships cover up to 4 family members living in the same household only.
6. Cancellation of Membership
- Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice to: support@saltroomorlando.com.
- Cancellations are effective within 10 business days after the 30-day notice period.
- Contracted services will be forfeited at the cancellation effective date.
- Early cancellation during the initial term is permitted only in the following cases (with documentation as required):
- Death of the member
- Permanent physical disability due to trauma
- Relocation more than 1 hour away from Salt Room Orlando (proof of move required)
7. Appointment Cancellations
- All scheduled salt and sauna sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For unlimited memberships, there is no cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
- For 5-packs and single sessions, missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
8. Conduct & Facility Policies
- Memberships and services are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to revoke membership for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow spa guidelines.
- You are responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership.
- Service may be refused if you arrive late, under the influence, or disclose health changes that may pose a risk.
9. Pricing & Modifications
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon the conclusion of your contracted term.
- You will receive advance notice if any change affects the amount billed to your account.
- Except as noted above, we may modify services or policies at any time, effective immediately upon posting or notice.
10. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in a membership or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that spa services (including salt therapy and infrared sauna) involve some inherent risk. You release Salt Room Orlando and its staff from liability for any injury or adverse outcome associated with services, except in cases of gross negligence.
11. Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
Wellness Ritual Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective October 1, 2025
1. Membership & Billing

- Elevate Ritual – 6-month minimum commitment.
- Thrive Ritual – 6-month minimum commitment.
- At the end of the minimum commitment, memberships automatically renew month-to-month unless canceled.

- No services may be used during suspension periods.
- Billing will pause during the suspension.

4. Service Usage & Expiration
- Salt Therapy and Sauna sessions are use-it-or-lose-it with no rollover.
- Core monthly services (massage, facial, acupuncture, colon hydrotherapy):
- You may roll over 1 unused service to the following month.
- Rolled over services expire 60 days from the original service month.
- Discounts apply only during an active membership term.
5. Cancellation of Membership
- Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice to: support@saltroomorlando.com.
- Cancellations are effective within 10 business days after the 30-day notice period.
- Contracted services will be forfeited at the cancellation effective date.

- $50 charge for massages, facials, acupuncture, or colon hydrotherapy
- $25 charge for salt therapy or sauna sessions
- No-shows may be charged the full service value.
7. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Members may upgrade their membership tier at any time during the contract period.
- Downgrades may only be made after the initial term has ended and will take effect on the next billing cycle after 30 days’ written notice.
